Financial advisors at Morgan Stanley think there will be a worldwide shortage of wine.

More people are drinking, by one percent, but five percent less wine is being produced.

Michgian's Grape and Wine Industry Council thinks the growing reputation of wines made in this state will help their sales.

The Marketing Manager at FennValley Winery in Fennville tells WOOD TV that there is definitely more demand for Michigan wines, but meeting that demand takes some time.

Brian Lesperance says a new vineyard requires as long as six years to produce a consistent crop.
