WATCH: 7yr Old Suspended Biting His Pop Tart Into a Gun Shape
At an elementary school in Maryland, a seven-year-old boy was just suspended under their "zero-tolerance" policy for biting his POP TART into a gun shape. He says he didn't mean to make it look like a gun, but his teacher saw it, sent him to the principal, and he was hit with a two-day suspension.
